Innovations

All site works were undertaken under State Civil and Waverly Council standards. The following standards are referred to in this section – * AS 4419 – 2003 Soils for landscaping and garden use; * AS 4454 – 2003 Compost, soil conditioners and mulches; * AS 4373 – 2007 Pruning of Amenity Trees

Issues and Strategies

Access was tight due to many trees therefore we used smaller machinery and hand digging around these areas to prevent damage to trees and surrounding items while completing the works to a schedule.
